Can Anybody Tell Me How To Find Out How Many 1978 Ford Ltd Ii Sports Coupes Were Made

Sure, you just ask me.
LTD II... 2dr HT: 76,285 4dr PS: 64,133 LTD II "S"... 2dr HT: 9,004 4dr PS: 21,122 I assume you're referring to the "S" model. There was no "sport" model offered, unless it was a regional promotional package that doesn't show up in the standard catalog. Standard engine was the 302/134 hp. Optional was either a 351W/144 hp or the 351M/152 hp or a 400/166 hp or a 460/202 hp. Really rare that year was the LTD custom 500 Country Squire Wagon of which only 1,196 were made, and reportedly only 74 with the optional 460

Why what? Why there were only 74 reportedly built? Or because they were almost all Canadian? Tell me more

Low production doesn't equate to higher value. One left of 74 cars no one is interested in still isn't worth much. Popularity drives prices more than production. A low production vehicle is just bragging rights, or a reason to preserve one for historical purposes. I'll add that anything more than slight modification destroys the historical properties, and negates any value low production may have had.

True, but I just said they were rare, not valuable... unless its me buying. I love wagons
