Ford grille shell mirror

There is a new photo in my gallery. I got this shell for free at a swap meet. $20 at the class shop and I had the mirror ready to go. It is hanging next to the pool table, and everyone loves it. A great way to recycle!

Awesome!!

Now I know what I am going to do with the Model A grill shell I found in my Grandmothers attic. (My grandfather restored a few, years ago, I guess it was left overs) I was also thinking about making it into a clock, complete with swinging pendulum. Any thoughts?

Yours looks awesome.

Chris

Thanks. A pendulum clock would look awesome! Try a Michael's arts and crafts store. If you don't have one near you, check the internet. There are a lot of places that sell clock kits so you should be able to find what you are looking for.

My next one will be a shadow box grille, with shelves for my hot wheels/matchbox cars. The options are endless!

Send a pic when you get finished.

A mirror would be cool with an image of a Model A sandblasted or etched into it .

That is very Kool! I think the shadow box is great idea also. To steal an idea from the post above, I would have a Model A etched into the glass for the shadow box.
