ford headliner
This is for anyone who has put a headliner in a 41-48 ford. There is a aluminum strip above the door opening that holds the headliner next to the windlace. It is screwed to the door posts above door and has proges that hold headliner to it but must be screwed on before headliner is installed.My question is how do you get headliner hooked to this piece after you screw it on?

The headliner is tucked between the aluminum pieces and the windlace/steel body. You can use trim cement on the back side of the headliner/retainer.
