Ford heater wiring Probs????
Hey guy i was wondering if u could help me i have a 1984 ford f-150 with a 302 and manual tranny every time i turn on my heater it starts working and then it blows my fuse i dont know why and it also starts smoking out of the vents it smells like insulation not wiring does any one know why?? And also the slide selector that selects defrost and vent, floor and so on it only blows out of the vents Why???? Thanx alot guys

Ford heater wiring Probs????
you got bad fan motor
rat nest in it pen or pencile's blocking doors on heater vacummn hose off to controls

Also pull your fan switch out of the dash and check the connector Fords have a habit of melting them.Replacement plug is available cheap at the dealer.
