Post Ford Inline 6

how hard would it be to rebuild a 1950 Ford F-2 inline 6 215ci engine? Where would I find parts to do this and how much would you guess this costs?

If you're interested in building it up a little bit, then look for a company called Clifford. They specialize in hot rod inline 6s.

Believe it or not, most, if not all, the parts you'll need should be available from your local auto parts store.
If you have no luck there, the place is CA is called Egge Machine.
