ford? nine " rear tag info

Just bought a ford 9" rear today the tag has the following on it WGB-A8 6MC
2 50 9 461A
I know that the WGB-A8 is a .250 rear but don't know What its out of or if it's a pos. It had disk brakes and coil springs. will take all help.
