I agree. I do like this truck, but its just not really what I need. I would buy a Ford or a Chevy truck but I am not very fond of Dodges (me and my family have had terrible luck with them). The biggest problem is price. It just so happens that the acceptable trucks I find (crew cab, diesel, and 3/4 or 1 ton) in my price range have so far all happened to be Fords.

I found a non running 94 GMC Sierra 4x4 with a 6.5 turbo that I believe I have the parts to fix already, but that truck is only an extended cab like my current truck is. I really really could use a crew cab. I went from driving a car or a suburban to a 2 door extended cab pickup. I dont like the extended cab anyways because of how short the back seats are, add that to the fact that its a 2 door and hard to get in the back seat, and it becomes practically useless as more than a 2 seater.

Well there has been an interesting turn of events. I got a part time job driving a semi today for Schneider (I have a class A CDL) and I will need to travel to St. Louis every time I go to work to pick up my truck (semi). Since this is a part time position i dont get my own truck and I am only required to work 8 days a month but I can work more if i choose. (I have a power washing business too as previously mentioned that will hopefully occupy the rest of my time) so I think I may need to fix this truck afterall and drive it for a while back and forth from st louis. I may not get to do all that I want to do right away tho. I might have to wait on the cam and headers because I dont have the money for them right now
