Ford Ranger Hydraulic Clutch

I am trying to set up a hydraulic clutch for my T-5 transmission behind a 302 with a heavy duty Mustang clutch.

I understand Ford Rangers have a hydraulic clutch. I would like to know which years and engine / transmission combinations have this feature.

Thank you for your assistance.

My Son has a 94 Ford Ranger with the 4 cylinder engine, 5 speed standard, and the clutch is hydraulic.

Early models had a slave cylinder that was remotely mounted on the bellhousing and the later models (after 85) had a hydraulic sleeve that went over the pilot shaft, this type requires trans removal to install. The early slaves were plastic.
