Ford wide five brake drum question

Will a '37 wide five mechanical brake drum work on a '40 Ford juice brake backing plate set-up? Anyone had the occasion to work on a similar project?

I know that the 39 wide 5 will interchange with the 40 .......and have been told that the 37 will also .......but I have never done it....
