Fox Body 302 intake swap

I just purchased a 91 Fox Body for my wife with a pretty stout 302 stroked to a 343, but I don't like the Plentum look, and she wants it to be more like my Small Block, with highrise and carb, and I am not a fan of the fuel injection and all the computer crap that goes along with it. My question is how hard is it to swap, and can I eliminate a LOT of the computer crap? I don't want to swap everything and it never run again, because of some computer glitch. Thanks for any help.

The computers wires will no longer be needed for a carb swap. Even so I can understand wanting to swap it to make one happy, I wouldn`t. If the computer and injection has been set up to operate correctly on the stroker engine the injection is far better than a carb will ever dream of being. The swap isn`t that hard and I don`t think you`ll have any issues doing so. Since I don`t know alot about fords I can`t tell you everything involved.

Thanks, it is something I will discuss with the wife, just keeping the injection and not trying to tune a carb for the performance she already has.
