frame question
 

anyone here ever have their frame galvanized before? if so, how did it turn out?

I wouldn't even think about galvanizing a frame. There are many other products out there that are superior to that for rustproofing. Besides that it's made it this far hasn't it. If you like the looks of galvanized, look into some of the new powder coatings that come close to replicating that look.
