hi, im getting ready to order paint for a frame and suspension. i asked a while back and someone recommended SPI epoxy black and posted a link that i saved. i looked and found SPI6620-1 and activater, i was told this is direct to metal and satin finish. is this correct?? the restoration calls for satin black on the frame and gloss black on all suspension parts, can somebody recommend a direct to metal GLOSS black??? i would like to order all i need from the same source at the same time. the link i mentioned above took me to a place called "baker PBE warehouse" , their websight isnt very specific but they do list an 800 phone number. can i order direct from them, or can you recommend a place to order direct from??? THANKS and be as specific as you like--i am ready to order now and would like do it all in one shot.

I use SPI black epoxy and than spray clear on it for a gloss black. You can order direct form Bakers. SPI also has a single stage black that you can spray over the epoxy if you don't want to clear but I like the look of the epoxy cleared.
