frame swap
has anyone put a 47-54 chevy.p/u body on a 88-98 frame? THANKS

Much too wide. I'v seen them on '73-'87 and '67-'72 chassis, but even those frames are too wide and look 'off'. The '88-'98 is even wider... If 4x4 is what you are after, than the Dana 30 front out of a Cherokee could fairly easy be fab'd onto the factory frame. If getting it lower is what you are after, than a Camaro/ Nova subframe will be way easier to get it there, and you could use all stock suspension for the Camaro/ Nova as you would set the clip at your desired ride height
