freeze/ oil galley plugs question

So I bought a 350 sbc freeze / oil galley plug kit. (image attached)

I have the eight 1-5/8-inch freeze plugs, three 1/2-inch expansion plugs (oil galley), one 23/32-inch expansion plug (cam plug), and five 1/4-inch NPT pipe plugs (oil galley) installed. I also have the 1/2-inch plug installed under the rear main seal where the oil pressure sending unit goes.

That leaves me with four extra expansion plugs in the set, and I can't figure out where they go.

I've been trying to find a diagram for all the freeze / oil galley plugs for a sbc, but amazingly I can't find one.

Are they extras or am I missing something?

Different year blocks use different size small plugs. Also a couple of different locations. It is normal to have a few extra left over. Heck I have several drawers of them.

some 400 sbc engines had 3 1 5/8 plugs in side of black most others only got 2, you'll use the 1/2 inch ones in front of block throw the other 3 away you'll also probably have a couple extra 1/4 pipe plugs too.The ones you should pull for proper cleaning are the 3 main oil galleys, the one at the back of motor toward the intake pad it would be under a head , don't forget that one for sureThe extra 2 1/4 inchers i always have left over cuz i reuse the hex head factory in the lower water drains on the block.
