Front Axle info please

I am hoping you can help me,,,
just bought a 30 chevy 5 window...
it has a Pete & Jakes axle????????
being new to the street rod world, i have never heard of this...
it really needs bushings and i have no clue what to order and where...

i am told that it is a 32 ford chassis...

any and all info i can learn about this axle would be greatly appreciated...thanx!

Pete & Jakes started making rod stuff in the early 70s?? Pete Chapiorus(sp) was the guy who built the "California Kid" hot rod. Jake Jacobs built a well know A.

I could be wrong, but I thought they pioneered the repro tube axle back then, and later did the SuperBell I-beam axle??
