front brake shoe question

lets say we have a 57 chevy, on the front shoes they are different in pad length, one being longer than the other. which is to the front and which is to the rear?

The longer pad goes towards the rear (see post #9 in this thread, where I get whacked on the head!).

front brake shoe question

It's easy to remember. The short always goes to the front. Just like taking a group photo. The short guys always go up front...LOL

now everybody knows my secret...
