Front brakes binding

I have a 50 Chevy pickup fitted with the IFS from a '79 half ton & rear end from a mid '70s Camaor fitted with 98-02 rotors & calipers. My problem is the front brakes keep binding. The MC & proportioning valve is the covette style from CCP with a 7" booster mounted on the firewall. All brake components are relatively new including the lines, hoses & calipers, although they have sat up for a few years during the build. I swapped the MC out recently but get the same results. When they lock up, I relieve the pressure by loosening the bleeders. Any ideas?

Check to see if the plunger rod from the pedal to the booster/master cylinder is too long. You may also need a return spring on the pedal. When it binds and you let off the brakes don't touch anything just slide under the dash and check to make sure that there is a little bit of play in the plunger rod. If not then it's too long.
