front disc conversion 65 el camino

can I use the stock distribution block for front disc brake conversion? Or do I need this http://www.inlinetube.com/Prop%20Valves/BLK102.htm car was power drum all the way around with single resevoir master cylinder

the link you posted is an original type drum/drum dist block.
you will need a new master cylinder set up for disk/drum and pr100 disk/drum prop valve

For the 1967-70 model years, GM used the drum brake distribution block with a separate external metering valve. These are also available as repros. Either way works fine.
