Front end/fender tilt kit for 39 for doupe

We are in the process of rodding a 39 ford coupe. At Rod shows we have seen rods with a lift kit that allows the hood/front fenders to be tilted forward. It appears that the device used to allow this to happen is attached to frame and slides forward thus allowing the front end to tilt.

I am asking for help in locating a company or companies that market this kit.

about 6 years ago I did a tilt front on a 41 plymouth. There was a company called L&S motorsports that made a hinge setup called "eazee opener" . It had a nifty linkage with some arms and gas struts that would lift the front as it tipped forward, allowing the nose to not touch the ground. We bolted this hinge mechanism to a set of 600# drawer slides. This allowed us to move the hood forward about 8" before we tilted it up. We didn't have to do weird stuff to the fenders that way.
L&S motorsports is in city of commerce, cal. Their # is 323 264 6350. The drawer slides were accuride model 501. You can look them up on the web. We made a bracket that incorporated a rack gear and a shaft that went across the frame with a gear on each end. This allowed the drawer slides to be connected to each other and pull straight out. I only have paper pictures of this setup otherwise I would post some.
Hope this helps, mikey
