Different vehicles require different methods and designs to properly tilt the front end. Your truck will need a device that first moves the entire front end forward far enough for the lower fenders to miss contacting the body as they tilt and then a mechanism that will tilt the whole thing.

My 41 didn't require the forward movement so it was really simple to design a power tilt system. Unfortunately I doubt you'll find a commercially available kit for your application so if you do one you're going to have to engineer it yourself.

Also you don't need hydraulics. Ball's Rod & Custom sells 12-volt linear actuators that have enough power to easily tilt a steel front end. The nice thing is that if you design it correctly you don't need a latch mechanism because the actuator will hold it closed.

Good luck,
