Unfortunately Its always easier to replace the pins & bushings then adjust the door first,before you make the first cut. This way if theres a structual problem causing an alignment issue you'll be able to address it first.
If everything is fine you would start with the rear door to 1/4 gap then the rocker to door bottom gap then mount the rad support and square it up using an X measure,then last the front door to fender gap.
Before you start to adjust a door always be sure to remove the striker first and replacing it last...
