Front glass mod for a Model A

Looking for some discussion and pics that may relate to swapping the original front glass and frame of my 28 Tudor to a fixed glass front window.

My initial thoughts are that i'll have to fab a new opening for the new glass that allows for some T gasket. Any info appreciated:
- Gasket type
- how the new frame could be fabbed
- Have you found any "pre-formed channel" that would serve as a good frame...To be clearer..I'm building a new frame that will fit within the stock opening...this new frame will hold the new fixed glass.
