front seal/ rear main seal...help
 

my mechanic is putting in a rear main seal in my plymouth,it leaks...I told him id like him to put in a front seal as well..it doesnt leak but i thought i may as well have him do it since the engine will be pulled anyways, well hes trying to tell me that the front seal is not easy to get to (when doing a rear seal job) and he wants to charger me double!! I thought the front would be easy if the engine was pulled, i dont want to be ripped off, does anyone know the degree of difficulty involved with this? :confused:

What size and year Plymouth?

the only thing extra would be to pull the crank pully,and balacer,and your right there at the front seal
