Bearings are absolutely no problem - but - what hub are they going in? The inner diameter (ID) is determined by the spindle. The outer (OD) by the drum/disc hub.
Spindles - well they are often an after market part - but they can be Ford, Chevy or whatever design is available and often determined by the axle supplier whether stock, late version, early model, after market.
Then of course, you get into the problem of putting hydraulic brakes on a formerly mechanical brake spindle - and that's another worm bag
When you have the spindle and the hub in hand, any decent bearing supplier can set you up.
