front spring for a 67 firebird bbc 454

hi, i've been looking for springs for a the street. i would like a nice ride and stock hight. when i look i see camaro with bbc or firebird with bb. i emailed a guy about the springs he had for a camaro bbc. he said that the firebird was heavier. so he didn't know about the ride hight.

can anyone point me in the right direction. or know what spring rate i should use. motor has iron heads with headers, airgap intake and battery in the trunk. eveything else is stock. car doesn't have ac.

thanks for your time.
