A 1932 Ford pickup uses the same front suspension as the 1932 Ford cars. Most rodders use a 4 inch dropped axle. That is what I use. Chrome optional Most rodders use the 1937 to 1948 Ford car spindle also.

Both my 32 roadster and my 32 3W ... have a 4 inch dropped axle and a custom front spring.

I have 42 Ford spindles. The ones with a square back.
I prefer the round tube front axle
Easier to keep clean and shiny with the chrome on it.
than a drilled I beam
