Post Front susp. help

I'm going to be building another cool cruiser so I need some help. I have a '77 Trans Am that I'm tearing apart. Questions below:

1. Can I use the power stearing unit and etc with a dropped axel front end?

2. Anyone have a stock or lowerd used dropped axel front end for sale or swap, if so let me know please.

I do not understand what you are doing, but if you are putting a str axel under the car you will have trouble w/bump steer unless you use a panyard(sp?) rod to stop side movement.
If I mistood what you are doing, please clarify....Don

Don, I think you understood me correctly. What I'm doing or want to do is use the power stearing unit in my T/A for my rod. The rod will have a tube axle front end simular to a t-bucket or deuce. Just wonderd if it was possible or should I look into getting a vega or other stearing box/powerunit?
