Front Suspension

I am new to the forum and I am building or trying to build my first modified car. I have to change the front shocks and springs. The car is a 92 Chevy Caprice (but I have a 69 Chevelle engine in it!)
What do I have to do to change the shocks and springs??

Have you jacked the car up to look at it yet? I'm not familiar with the caprice, but I'm pretty sure it's like most other chevy's. So if the spring and shocks are located inbetween the control arms, you first need to take off the wheel. Then the spindle, and the bottom control arm drops down and out pops the spring (oh yeah, but you need to take out the shock before all this, bolts on top and bottom). There's a lot more to it than this (as in exactly how and what to do and not to do), but you should search in the knowledge base for it. It'll give you all the details. It may not be for your certain year and make, but the technique is the same. First look at your suspension to see what it looks like too.
