front tires 38 ford

will 15" 60 series on 8" wide rims fit on bus. coupe with 4+ " dropped axle???

Probably not - they will most likely hit the tops of the fenders going through bumps and the sides in turns.

I forgot to add - my '31 has Yokohama AVS 205-60x15 on 15x6 wheels. And as Deuce mentioned, it is a "bit stiff" turning at slow speeds.
