fuel door through the wood bed

hey all, I have to turn to the pros on this one. I searched, but im not having any luck.
anyone know what I can use for a fuel door, w/ some fuel filler pipe behind it, to go through my wood floor in the bed of the truck?

I moved my gas tank to the rear of the truck. The fuel pipe entry to the gas tank points straight up. I want to drill through the wood bed with a metal type fuel door, screw it to the bed, and rubber fuel line connect to the tank below.

Ive seen hundreds of photos of fuel doors, but do they have a few inches of filler pipe behind them to connect to my tank?
has anyone done this?

Drake sells flexible fuel line, I used it on my coupe. I used the Hagan gas door, here

My buddy makes them with exhaust tubing, welds them to a plate, then mounts the door over that, does a lot in the fancy P.U. beds.
