TPI Fuel Injected 358 sbc

So i got a bunch of parts laying around and want to do another build. I have a 350 short block with speed pro pistons flat top 5cc (.040 over), stock rods with arp bolts installed, and stock crank. I also have a fuel injected TPI intake from an 86 camaro that i have been wanting to use. If i put a set of 882 heads cr approx 9.5:1 and a flat tappet towing/RV cam in it, would the intake work? I know its a lower rpm piece so i figure if i stay with a cam designed for low rpm torque i would be ok. All input appreciated.

For engine management would this work: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HL...1/?image=large. I noticed its for speed density, my intake is mass air, is there anyway to convert my intake to speed density?

That intake will work with Speed Density. All the speed density requires is a vac port. Instead of having a MAF off the throttle body, you can put a cone filter right off the snout. As I mentioned in your other post, learn to use the stock computer, and save that money for an aftermarket intake. They were designed for a 305. For a cam, use one of the TPI designed cams from a company called TPIS.

I went from a 'towing' cam to one of theirs and the response was great. Good idle behavior, but a lot more torque and grunt.
