If you keep the fuel injection you will need to pull the wiring harness, ECM, and all the sensors that go with it. Not really complicated but will require quite a bit of time. I believe you could take the intake system off and replace it with a 4 bbl carb and intake, but I would maybe contact Edelbrock, Holley, etc with the engine info to be sure. Then get an old used HEI distibutor to stick in and you are in business.
Keeping the fuel injection would be an interesting project, but switching to a carb setup would be much simpler. Depends on what you want.
