Fuel injection for under $250?

Is it possible to put a fuel injection system on a 383 smallblock in a '77 chevy silverado for under $250......??? I'm going for no on this one but i thought i would ask anyway.....

Is TPI like the ramjet systems you see? and what could i get one off of and how hard would the conversion be? whats all involved?
