Fuel Pressure

Hello all,

Hows much fuel pressure dio I need for a 87 305 tuned port .I've some wildly different opinions on the answers, some are as low as 35psi and as high as 80 .
The pump is a rail mounted pump located just outside the tank. Its putting out 34psi at the feul rail.
I had the car running back in the spring ,but had a serious medical problems that took me out for the summer and fall. But after sitting for the summer I can't seem to get it to start, tries ,but no go
I'm thinking the fuel pump only because it just don't sound the same .

Majority of FI systems run between 43and 60 PSI.
35 seems a bit low
