fuel presure

can anyone tell me the fuel presure for a 90 mark 7 with a 5.0? i want to get an inline electric job but not sure of which presure to get. it is fuel injected.

in tank will be best but. 10-15 PSI TBI and 35-45 PSI port injection. 45- 85 PSI for forced induction fuel injected vehicles.

thanks might take the whole gas tank from the car too. the pump is not so great though so i was just gonna get a new inline jobber. gotta price it out. thanks for the info
