fuel regulator

i put a 600 cfm holley on my 403 olds and i have a push style electric fuel pump 4-9 psi with a holley 3way fuel regulator 4.5-9 psi. The fuel regulator has a input on the bottom and a output on each side.

I want to know what psi should i run.
Do i run 1 output to the carb and the other output as a return.

That regulater is probably designed for a dual feed carb. Just block the one outlet with a proper fitting if you have a single feed. Run 4-5 psi fuel pressure.

You need to keep the fuel pressure constant through the one outlet to feed the carb. Using the other outlet for a fuel return line would just bleed 4-5 lbs of pressure back into the tank. Fuel return lines are really only needed for fuel injection. At least that what I use them for.
