fuel system

fuel pump will not pump 1998 honda accord lx changed pump 3x

check your electrical connection........could be a bad ground.

Have you checked the relay operation. The distributor module will also keep the pump from running. A bad tank ground could also be an issue. You need to get out a meter and see where it is failing.
