Funny ha ha funny funny.

20 Qualifications for a liberal.

1) You have to believe the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of funding.

2) You have to be against capital punishment but for abortion on
demand -- in short, you support protecting the guilty and killing the
innocent.

3) You have to believe that the same overpaid public school idiot who
can't teach 4th graders how to read is qualified to teach those same
kids about sex.

4) You have to believe that trial lawyers are selfless heroes and
doctors are overpaid.

The other 16 qualifications can be found on any of these links.

coldknock -- please edit your post to include an excerpt of the original text, plus a link to where the remainder can be found. We're trying to cut down on copy-pasting large amounts of text onto the board. If you're curious about this policy, please start a new thread in the Site Suggestions and Help forum, and I'll explain the exact reasons for it. Thanks.

That is all of the text from the original post on Turbobuicks.com.

I didn't think it'd be cool to post a link to another message board full of hotrodders.

Linking to other hotrodding sites is perfectly fine, we encourage people to visit them, and we know plenty of other admins, and link to their sites, and list them in our Knowledge Base.

Additionally, you can always grab an excerpt of the original text, and do a Google search for it. Be sure to enclose the excerpt in double quotes when searching, so that it will search for the exact phrase. Here's a link to a google search for some of the text that you quoted:

http://www.google.com/search?q=%22yo...%20overpaid%22

That's a very useful technique for finding the source of people's postings, or for verifying urban legends/rumors etc.

Bottom line: quote a few lines of text, then put a link to any site you'd like where people can find the remainder of the text. Excessive copy-pasting as a general policy raises issues of copyright, un-originality, potentially inflammatory posts, database bloat, etc. Bring it up in the Site Suggestions and Help forum for further details if you'd like.

By searching Google for a specific excerpt of the text, you can find other sites on which it's listed. If you have solid Google skills, you can even use a date-specific search to find the first site to list the text (good for tracking down the source of information).
