Angry Fuse blows Horn dome light and the back hatch

Hello everyone. I have been thru the old post and I just can't come up with the help I need. I hope one of you other poster's can help me.
The fuse that works the horn dome light and back hatch always blows. I have a 1992 Camaro RS. Could I get some help with this? It is making me nuts. Thanks.

when does it blow?????? if it blows when you use one of those 3 things thats the problem. OR does it blow as soon as you plug it in?? If it does unplug all 3 things & then one at a time plug them back in & when the fuse pops, you found the problem, useless you're using a too small of an amp fuse. I would think though your problem may be your horn relay unless you have a short in one of the 3 things you mentioned. Just do what I said & if it pops when you have all 3 disconnected then you DO HAVE A WIRE SHORTED OUT...........joe

Thanks TooMany2count. The fuse blows after I let the car sit. It never blows when I put in the new or when I use the horn dome light and the back hatch. I will try what you said and see if it helps. Thanks again for your help. Tim
