FYI--Rare Find for you Ford guys

Hey there I am always searching all over the country
on craigslist for stuff for my 65 Malibu I want to be the Z-16
version.
Anyway I found a rare Barn find. 1964 Ford 427 OE, dual-quad intake,
OE dual air cleaner, both Holly carbs OE linkage. This is the real deal.
It is all dusty and stuff, but the real deal none the less. I used to have
a 64 Ford Galaxie 500 XL, 390, T-10, buckets nice car. These 427's are
a rare bird. It is complete...totally complete and still together except
carbs and little stuff.
Anyway if anyone thinks this is cool like I do I can send you the link and
pic's.
I would rather have a Chev 427

Have a friend here in Phx AZ that has two original 427's Chevies. One is dual quad tunnel ram (intake not original!LOL) and one single 4bbl. But he's holding on to em. Another friend has a 57 two door, another has a 56 four door. Nice thing about AZ is very few cars ever rust out here.

JMARK and 427's Chevy or Ford

Yeah...I don't want to hear anymore
My folks live down there and I found a 65
Chevelle 12 bolt posi valid casting #'s they
shipped it up to me recently. I would love to find
a OE 427. As close as I'll get is the poor mans 454
block/bore with steel 396/427 crank and rods.
You are right for sure AZ does have a ton of nice
old cancer free stuff. I need
a set of 65 bucket seats too.
Sure your friend doesn't want to part with the single 4bbl
427?????

How about some 67 firebird OE buckets? LOL My buddy with the 57 4 door has a set.

I'll ask on the 427's. I see the guy almost every morning at McDonalds. He's got tons of stuff and the city nailed him for it all. Now he's cleaning up and hauling stuff away.

Jmark-Seats, BBC's 427's

Yeah that would be great. Pictures of the seats would help to
since I am clear up here in WA. Plus the 427 if he wants to sell.
