G body suspension

I have an 87 monte ss, and right now i get bad body roll when i launch, and the suspension just overall feels soft/sloppy. The front end comes to the extent of the suspension so i also need something to limit the travel. This is mainly a street car and my daily driver so i dont need anything crazy. The *** end seems to be sitting too low, so i think my rear coils may have just expired. I loose traction if i get on it to hard from a launch, so i really have to control my throttle which in turn kills my 60' and 1/4 mile. also if i keep it in first and just roll until 2500 RPM (where my powerband is really strong) and then jump on it i will loose traction until i shift into 2nd.

thanks for the help

Sounds like you need better tires and a posi if you don't have those already.
As for the body roll, get a set of IROC springs for the front (moog/TRW part # 5662) about 2x stiffer than the stock and cost a fraction of pretty boy aftermarket springs.
Some Monte's came without rear sway bars, if you have this problem, get the thickest one you can.
