Gang Block?
I am wanting to put a CB radio and an amp for my CD Player in my 1992 Ford Ranger.I was talking to some guys about it and they told me that I needed a gang block, which supposidly connects to the posts on the battery and gives you some number of "outlets" for your accessories.Did I comprehend this correctly?I want to do this without splicing into my truck's wiring harness, etc.I found a gang block from Stinger here.Is that what I need? Can someone explain to me exactly how it works?
Thanks for any insight. Nightrain |

Go to a local stereo installation shop and buy a distribution block
You can usually get one that is fused for about $10. Later, WEIMER |

Thanks Weimer.
So something like this is what I need?Do I run one lead and one ground from the battery to this box,or will I have to run one of each for every outlet I use? Nightrain |
