I already had the old lady talked into building two of them

one for a house one for a shop

& it will be the only thing standing after a hurricane.

Around here there can't be anything flammable or corrosive for you to store a car in a U store it

No gas tank
No battery
no oil in the motor

& no you can't sleep there either
they have so many cameras that you would not get away with anything

the lots are 25 X 128 takes 3 lots to make a building lot
so its 75 X 128

6 years ago the Building lots were going for 4 to 5 grand
now!!!

Now there going for 20 G's!
& there selling like crack in the ghetto there has to be 350 to 400 new home in the 2 to 3 mile radius that is this development

there is a retirement golf community about 5 miles from here that last I heard build 500 NEW homes a month

Ha. Right here land is going for $15k and up an acer! 40 miles to the west in Mobile you can still get it for under $2k an acer! I am looking at 27 acres for $44k right now! We could build a hotrodding community! Who's with me? If Mikey was not wasting all his money on brownies he would do it I bet! JK! PS. I make a thong look good!

I'm lol, my god, you guys crack me up. Some of us keep are stuff in nice neat pile, some of us have are stuff/junk all over the place. If you have a thong on how can you bent over to pick up your stuff? I was just thinking that would make a great vonage commercial.

Btw I new a guy who lost his house to the ex-wife that turn his garage in to a rental unit. Well long story he rented and industrial building 1000sq feet built a bedroom the rest he put his tool in and unfinished projects in. The rest set out front life is good life is good no wife just him and his garage. For this guy it was heaven.
