Gas is not getting to carb easy

I have a bike and the problem i'm having is to start the bike it takes alot of kicking and priming to get it to start. Once it starts it runs fine i've cleaned the carb well and blown it all out with compressed air. any feedback would be great.

Doc here,

Dirty tank, Bad gas, Fuel tank strainer clogged? ..Maybe Clogged Petcock Valve?

Not a bike guy..but that's all I can think of..
