which gasket to use on a gen1 355 sbc

hi guys i'm new to all this .i have 1969 sbc 355 with flat top pistons, eye brows typed. motor was running but had bad valves. i got a set of bowtie phaseII 64cc 185 intake and a air gap rpm edelbrock 7501 intake. should be a stock crank but not sure. i got a new cam by the name of lunati 60103. adv dur is 268/276 and valve lift 489- 504. im putting it together as soon as i get the heads. my question is what type of gasket to get. their is so many part #s on felpro. i got a set of mr gasket # 7100 head gasket left. is that ok to use or go with felpro. do you think this is a good set up and how much horse i will get.i'm also using a 650 edelbrock carb

Welcome to the site, IIRC the gaskets should be fine, If you post this in the engine section someone else can help also not everyone checks the intro section.

That head gasket looks to be a stock replacement gasket, so should work fine. Pretty much any head gasket would work just fine... they vary mostly by the compressed thickness to tune fine-tune CR and quench.
