Can anyone tell me what is the correct weight and kind of gear oil for the differential of my 1970 mustang? I hear that 90 weight is correct, but I would like to know what is the correct recommendations from ford.

80W-90 will be fine for your application. If it has a traction-loc, don't forget the friction modifier.
