gearhead wiring harness

I bought a gearhead wiring harness on ebay couple years ago.It came with that orange book 'how to wire a streetrod' (CRAP book!)Harness had some issues like fuse box needed changing some wires(keyed to live),but was easy to work with.I'm just redoing some wiring and realized I never did figure out what the second relay is for.One is for the horn,Anyone know where the other went or what it's for? thanks

gearhead wiring harness

the clock and something else (can't remember) were hooked up to ignition power.I just blew a radio fuse, only it's not hooked up to the right fuse( haven't looked to see which one).Radio red and yellow wires are reversed, mine has red as full time power.I just reversed going to stereo, otherwise there would be no memory etc for stereo.
The book shows column ignition plug ground wires but none are in the harness.I just hooked it up as is,it works.
The GM light switch uses 2 power positives and only 1 in kit, so I hooked in another.
There is only 1 wire for electric fan.If I found where that relay came out i would've used it.I used the cruise wire for the temp switch going to fan relay.
If I had it out before installation, I'd check the curcuits.I can't believe how much space wiring took under the dash.
