gen alt swap

hi im changing stock gen on 57 chevy belair to an internal reg alt 92-96gm. need to know what wires to use and where. im using stock wiring harness. the plug on the alt has 4 wires marked "P L F S"

These may help...... one is how to convert the old external reg to an internal reg..... the next is how the new alt should be wired
