get-inline
hello all, I'm retired, had to go on disability, injured at work. now trying to put my 80 f-150 4x4 truck in new condition so it will last me the rest of my life, and it's a classic. Wanting to get all the legal hp out of it possible, has a granny 4 spd. understand ford made altra c-6 heavy duty for the 300.

welcome..............Just a thought, but switching a standard to auto on a 4x4 is a major undertaking. You might be better off to trade it for one with an auto in it.
