cam choice vs heads

I think that getting the World Jr heads is a good idea, regardless of the cam you run, but I am confident that you will be very happy with the added performance you will get from them. Its not that your cam wont work with the stock heads, as you can testify to your ET's, but that to get the best performance out of your package with the stock heads, a smaller cam is/ was definately a move that would improve things.

At any rate, best of luck and go embarrass a few Bow Ties while you are at it.

f81,

The Windsors do work very well.

Before you buy them, do get all the info on "what ever the heck" that (295 grind?) cam is then talk with a Windsor tech rep.

Maybe, for just a few bucks more you can pick alot more low end torque at lower rpm's so you don't have to launch so hard, the motor will last longer "pay me now or pay alot later....."

?????, 7sec in the 1/8th with stock heads/big cam, crazy but maybe the valves leaking was helping.

Please do post the cam spec's, all of us Blue Oval guys are scratching our heads.....
